Complete List of NJ Online Poker Rooms
Legal and regulated online poker began in New Jersey in November of 2013, initially offering access only to players physically located in New Jersey.
The player pool has expanded since then and players are now shared between the states of New Jersey, Nevada, and Delaware. As online gambling expands to additional states, I expect the player pools to continue to grow.
Poker and online gambling in NJ are regulated by the Department of Gaming Enforcement, which oversees the providers to insure that the brands operate in accordance with the strict rules established in the state. Each poker room must also operate under the license of a land-based casino in Atlantic City.
